It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided, including names, addresses, contact details, delivery dates and personalised messages, is accurate before confirming an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe fraudulent activity has occurred, payment has not been authorised, or where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Flowers are natural products and every arrangement is individually handcrafted.
Whilst every effort is made to produce arrangements as photographed, slight variations in flower varieties, colours, foliage and presentation may occur due to seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of fresh flowers.
These variations do not constitute a fault.
Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials with alternatives of equal or greater quality whilst maintaining the overall style, colour palette and value of the arrangement.
Bespoke bouquets, personalised arrangements, wedding flowers, funeral tributes and custom orders are created specifically for each customer.
Once work has commenced or materials have been purchased specifically for an order, cancellations or refunds may not be available except where required by law.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver on the requested delivery date.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns cannot generally be accepted after delivery.
Every arrangement is carefully inspected and photographed immediately prior to dispatch as evidence of its quality and condition.
