When we deliver
Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, usually in the afternoon. Choose an available delivery date in the product calendar. Sundays and closed dates cannot be selected. Please contact us to confirm your date, address and delivery charge before ordering if you need a particular arrangement.

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Tonypandy. Shopify calculates the charge from your recipient’s address using a straight-line radius, so the checkout charge applies to your exact address. Eligible Bridgend town addresses fall in the Local Plus £8 band. Addresses outside the radius are not available through standard checkout; contact us before ordering if you need help.
Upcoming delivery closures
Delivery is unavailable on 10, 11 and 12 November 2026 while work takes place at the shop. We are also closed from 25 December 2026 through 4 January 2027 inclusive, reopening for delivery requests on 5 January. The calendar blocks these dates.

Choose the flowers, then make them personal
Browse our hand-tied bouquets, basket arrangements and hat boxes. Choose from the sizes and colour themes shown on the product page; the displayed price updates with your selection. Add your message and the recipient’s details so we can make the gift feel like yours.
Help us get your flowers to the right person
- Enter your own name, contact number and email in the customer section. Use your own email again at checkout so the confirmation reaches you.
- Enter the recipient’s full name, delivery address, postcode and contact number separately. Use the same recipient delivery address at checkout; billing details can be different.
- Choose your requested delivery date. You may leave the preferred time as “No preference” or add a time request. Preferred times are never guaranteed, and the date is subject to confirmation.
- Add your card message and any access instructions, business closing time or essential detail.
- Review the details in your basket before payment. Use “Edit customer & delivery details” to correct the contact or delivery information, then save your changes. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses or delivery dates.
Ordering funeral flowers
Alongside your own name, phone number and email, please provide the name of the deceased, the funeral date and time, the funeral director’s name and contact number, the full delivery address and postcode, and the requested flower delivery date. Flowers must arrive on or before the funeral service date. Call 01443 567 048 before ordering to agree a time-sensitive funeral delivery. The funeral service time is not the flower delivery time.
Checking your order
Your confirmation and invoice show the customer details separately from the recipient or funeral arrangements. Our packing slip and delivery note also separate these details to help us prepare and deliver the correct flowers. If anything needs changing after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number.

How much is delivery?
Local delivery is £6 up to 8 miles, Local Plus is £8 over 8 and up to 12 miles, and Local Extra is £10 over 12 and up to 15 miles. Your address determines the charge shown at checkout. Delivery is charged separately from your flowers.
Can I book a specific time?
Our usual deliveries are in the afternoon. If timing is essential, particularly for a funeral or venue, speak to us first so we can confirm what is possible.
