Choose a gift that is easy for them to enjoy
Think about the recipient’s space and whether they will have someone to help arrange the flowers. Compare a hand-tied bouquet with a basket arrangement or hat box. If fragrance, pollen or a particular flower is a concern, discuss the choice with Nikita before ordering.
Check before sending flowers to a hospital
Some hospitals and wards do not accept flowers. Please contact the ward first to confirm its policy and acceptance arrangements. If flowers are permitted, call us before booking with the hospital, ward and recipient details so we can check delivery access and timing. Sending to their home after discharge may be a more suitable option.
A message without pressure
“Thinking of you” can be enough. Keep the card wording comfortable for the recipient, and include your name if you wish. Give us a useful recipient contact number and any delivery access instructions. You do not need to share medical information to order a thoughtful gift.
